Two Ingredient, Protein Loaded, French Onion Dip

Tonight, Jeremy and I had a BBQ in the backyard! We made tons of healthy foods. I promise to post the rest of the recipes, but for now, here is a quick one we made tonight. 

Jeremy loves making a chip dip from sour cream and onion soup mix. We decided to make a lighter version of his fave to go with our vegetable shrimp kabobs. 

You can see how simple it was in this video. 

It tasted absolutely delicious and the perfect addition to our grilled dinner.
